How much will my design cost?+
Your architect reviews your space and sends an individual fixed-fee quote. The design fee is separate from your construction budget. There is no charge to submit a brief, and no work begins until you approve and pay.
What will I receive?+
Your agreed package can include dimensioned plans, layout drawings, and material specifications. Your quote identifies the exact files, scope, revision rounds, and delivery schedule.
Can I make changes along the way?+
Yes. Messages, drawing versions, and feedback stay together in your workspace. Your quote sets the included revision rounds; any extra work needs a separate agreement.
Can my contractor build directly from the plans?+
The initial service provides design and specifications. Your contractor should verify site measurements and construction requirements. Permit applications, engineering, and stamped documents are not included in this offering.
Is this an AI design service?+
No. The service is built around a real architect developing your design and responding to your feedback.
